- Strong communication skills to explain the company's products and services
- Ability to obtain customer information and resolve queries and issues
- Proficiency in taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
- Capability to maintain the customer database regularly
- Ability to suggest solutions based on customers' needs and requirements
- Experience in generating leads as per given targets and committed dates
- Proficiency in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed
- Ability to courier invoices to customers
