We are seeking a candidate with
- Excellent coordination skills to liaise with the site in charge and contractors
- Ability to maintain and organize information in both paper and digital form
- Monitoring security deployment, attendance, and performance
- Experience in handling queries through phone and email
- Managing reception and arranging materials for cleaning
- Ability to maintain schedules and arrange meetings
- Proficiency in filing documents and maintaining databases
- Capability to update spreadsheets and perform other data entry tasks
Job responsibilities include
- Coordinating with the site in charge and contractors for employee attendance and labour supply issues
- Maintaining and organizing information in both paper and digital form
- Collecting weighbridge slip and handing it over to the admin
- Monitoring security deployment, attendance, and performance
- Supplying diesel to vehicles and coordinating purchases
- Handling queries through phone and email
- Managing reception and arranging materials for cleaning
- Maintaining schedules and arranging meetings
- Filing documents and maintaining databases
