We are seeking a candidate with
- Experience in Biomining process and operations
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of machinery and vehicle operations
Job responsibilities include
- Carrying out the work plan related to the biomining process and operations
- Addressing all machinery and vehicle-related issues
- Overseeing the entire operation of the Biomining plant activity
- Allocating and managing manpower for plant operation
- Ensuring smooth operations and housekeeping of the work area
- Coordinating with respective personnel (mechanic, electrician, and safety) when required
- Maintaining records for waste quantity stabilized, processed, and quantity of waste disposed
- Preparing and submitting daily reports
- Supporting civil work in various areas as per the approved plan
- Preparing a machinery preventive maintenance plan
