We are seeking a candidate with
- Strong coordination skills to work with the site IN-charge and contractors
- Proficiency in preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form
- Ability to monitor security deployment and handle materials
- Excellent communication skills to deal with queries on the phone and email
- Ability to manage diaries and schedule meetings
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining filing systems and databases
- Strong skills in data entry tasks and updating spreadsheets
Job responsibilities include
