Adith, a passionate individual dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and society, is the driving force behind WeStart, a leading waste management company. As a Mechanical Engineer, Adith completed his college education at Amity University in Noida, where his love for sustainability and renewable energy was nurtured.

Straight out of college, Adith knew he wanted to contribute to the environment and society in a meaningful way. This determination led to the inception of WeStart. With a vision to create a sustainable future, Adith embarked on a mission to revolutionize waste management practices in India.

At WeStart, Adith initiated and successfully implemented India’s first tender coconut and garden waste processing facility. By harnessing the power of biomass briquettes, WeStart has become the largest manufacturer in Chennai, with an impressive production capacity of 3000MT per month.

Driven by his unwavering vision, Adith strives to introduce various innovative technologies in the field of sustainability and renewable energy. He envisions a self sustaining green society, where cutting-edge solutions and responsible practices pave the way for a better tomorrow.
